How to request deletion
Email official@sentioai.cc with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include your name, contact information, relevant organization or channel account and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification
To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may reasonably verify the request through the original contact method or a business administrator.
Response time
We normally complete or respond to a verifiable request within 30 days. Complex requests or legally permitted circumstances may require an extension, which we will explain.
What will be deleted
We delete, anonymize or restrict data controlled by Sentio AI. Information required by law, security, dispute handling or contract may be retained for the necessary period.
Facebook Messenger and Meta data
If you connected a Facebook Page to Sentio AI, you may disconnect the integration from the Sentio AI workspace or revoke the integration through your Facebook business settings.
To request deletion of data controlled by Sentio AI, email official@sentioai.cc with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request.”
Please provide your name and contact email; the relevant organization; the connected Facebook Page name or Page ID, if available; and a description of the data you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or unnecessary identity documents.
Revoking platform access stops future authorized access but may not delete data already stored by Sentio AI. Submit a deletion request if you also want eligible stored data deleted.
Sentio AI normally completes or responds to a verifiable deletion request within 30 days, subject to applicable legal, security and contractual requirements.
Four separate actions
Revoking Meta authorization stops Meta from granting Sentio AI future authorized access. Disconnecting the Sentio AI integration stops Sentio AI from serving the connected Facebook Page.
Deleting data stored by Sentio AI requires a verifiable deletion request to Sentio AI. Deleting data controlled by Meta requires the relevant Meta or Facebook tools and processes.
These are not the same action: revoking platform access may not delete eligible data already stored by Sentio AI.
Third-party platforms
Deleting Sentio AI data does not automatically delete data controlled by WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, LINE, WeCom, Google, TikTok or email providers. Use the relevant platform’s deletion tools as well.
