1. Scope and controller
This policy covers the Sentio AI website, demo requests, product services and customer-authorized communication channels, including Facebook Pages and Messenger where the integration is enabled, together with other supported channels described by Sentio AI. Business customers normally determine the purpose of processing their customer data, while Sentio AI processes it under contract and customer instructions.
2. Information we process
Demo request data: name, company or team, contact details, main channels, team size, needs and notes.
Product and channel data: authorized messages, voice notes, images, files, customer profiles, labels, follow-up status and activity records.
Technical and security data: IP address, browser, device, access and error logs, plus necessary cookies or local storage.
3. Meta Platform Data
When a business administrator connects a Facebook Page, Sentio AI may process the Page identifier, Page name, authorized connection identifiers, Messenger messages involving the connected Page, supported attachments, message status information and related security or delivery records.
We use this data only to provide, secure, support and troubleshoot the customer-authorized Messenger integration.
Sentio AI does not access unrelated Facebook Pages, unrelated personal conversations or business assets that the administrator has not authorized.
Sentio AI does not sell Meta Platform Data.
A business administrator may disconnect the integration at any time. Users and businesses may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
4. Purposes
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare demos, provide the product, understand and translate messages, generate reply suggestions, detect intent, support follow-up and enable human takeover.
We also use it for security, troubleshooting, contracts, legal obligations and—after consent—advertising and page-performance measurement.
5. Google Ads and TikTok Pixel
The website currently uses Google Ads and TikTok Pixel for advertising attribution and conversion measurement. Their external scripts are not loaded by default and load only after a visitor accepts analytics cookies. Consent can be withdrawn through Cookie Settings. These providers process identifiers and event data under their own privacy policies.
6. Service providers and third-party channels
We may share necessary data with cloud, messaging, email, monitoring and security providers under contractual and access controls.
Platforms including WhatsApp, LINE, WeCom, Telegram, Google, Meta and TikTok also process data under their own terms.
7. International processing
Global operations and third-party channels may involve cross-border transfers. We use contractual, access and other safeguards required by applicable law. Business customers remain responsible for lawful instructions and channel use.
8. Retention
Demo requests are retained only for the period needed to respond, arrange a demo and handle the related business request, unless a customer relationship is formed or a longer period is required by law or contract. Account, configuration and conversation data is generally deleted or anonymized within 90 days after service termination, subject to legal, contractual, dispute and security requirements.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email official@sentioai.cc; identity verification may be required.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in the website and supported services, including access controls and applicable transmission safeguards. No system can be absolutely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government IDs or unnecessary sensitive information through public forms.
11. Children
The service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it.
12. Updates and contact
